The form on the following page requires an email address, company name, password, first and last name, mailing address, CRA payroll number and payroll year. A few optional fields are available at the bottom of the form, including one for website URL, Quebec business number and fax number. The user is advised that they must check their email inbox for a confirmation email before accessing their newly created account.

The free plan includes access to payroll functions, reports, electronic pay slips, one user role, three year history and management for up to five employees. The mid-range Business plan costs $18 per month and includes custom pay rules, custom vacation rules, add ons, up to three user roles, seven year history tracking, email and phone support and management of over five employees. The Business Pro plan costs $79 per month and upgrades to include unlimited history tracking, access to certified payroll specialists and management for 20 or more employees.
